We would like to take a moment to answer some possible questions you may have related to the exciting announcement that the MMO is going to transition to become part of the awesome new UTracker Pro Plus!

1. If you are a paying MMO subscriber.

• You can keep your account and marketing website at MMO by getting UTracker Pro Plus package at UFirst back office: https://backoffice.u1stfinancial.com or you can do it here www.uffsalespackage.com
• We will receive payment information from UFirst and keep your MMO subscription alive and at the same time we will cancel your recurring payment with MMO (so that you are not double charged).
• You do not need to register again. We will keep your registration data.
• We do not have the ability to refund the difference in days of your subscription cost at MMO and UTracker Pro Plus (use your own discretion)
• If you are current MMO subscriber your activation fee for UTracker Pro Plus will automatically be waived indefinitely.
• If you already cancelled your MMO subscription and wish to get UTracker Pro Plus we will reinstate your old account with your registration info and replicated site URL.
• All new UTracker Pro Plus purchases will be manually activated at MMO within 24 to 48 hours until we integrate this into Utracker and make it automatic with immediate activation (approx. 45 days)

• To continue to use MMO account and MMO marketing website you will have to purchase UTracker Pro Plus from the Back Office at UFirst website: https://backoffice.u1stfinancial.com or this website www.uffsalespackage.com
• In order to have uninterrupted service with MMO we urge you to purchase UTracker Pro Plus BEFORE your subscription at MMO expires

2. If you registered at MMO but never paid for subscription

• In order to get MMO account and replicated marketing website you will need to purchase UTracker Pro Plus at https://backoffice.u1stfinancial.com or here www.uffsalespackage.com
• We will activate your subscription within 24 hours from the time we receive your payment info from UFirst ( DO NOT register again)
• You will be able to keep your registration info including MMO marketing website URL

3. For all new users

• After you purchased your UTracker Pro Plus you will need to register.
• We will activate your subscription within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your payment info from UFirst (assuming you registered)
• Delay in registration with MMO will delay your activation.
• All recurring payment are handled by UFirst as of May 19th

4. If you would like to try it

• If you would like to test drive Money Merge Office you will need to register.
• Next page would be to choose free trial subscription to get full access for 24 hours

Other Notes:

• As of May 19th we will no longer allow anyone to purchase a subscription directly from us, but only from UFirst Back Office https://backoffice.u1stfinancial.com or here www.uffsalespackage.com
• We will continue to develop and add more features and content to Money Merge Office even after the merge with UFirst
• We will give you an ability to export all your contacts from MMO Contact Manager and import into UTracker Contact Manager
• MMO marketing site and future Recruiting site will be integrated with UTracker Pro Plus
• To view MMO corporate calendar you do not have to have a subscription but have to be registered at MMO and need to login(top of this page) to view it
